How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

measure women's pants

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

Care Instructions

  • Machine Wash 40°C
  • Do not dry clean
  • Use non-chlorine bleach when needed
  • Tumble dry medium
  • Warm iron

Poor Replacement for the Traditional Fit
I have been wearing the Carhartt traditional fit jeans (B18) for many a years and I absolutely loved them. They had the perfect fit for me; tapered, not huge through the seat, and a mid-rise. I loved how well-made they were with the 15 ounce cloth. I would keep getting a new pair for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, like so many other companies in the clothing industry, Carhartt has decided not to offer the tried-and-true product and replaced it with something 'trendy'. I had hoped Carhartt would have been immune to this, but apparently not. These replacement jeans for the old traditional fit are much more flimsy and have a shorter rise. They have literally no advantage over the B18 jeans. While not a horrible pair of jeans, it is a poor replacement in comparison to what I was already happy with. I guess I'll have to shop other manufacturers to try to find a pair of jeans like the old traditional fit.
