Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

needs better zipper otherwise great coat
Great coat and got lots of compliments BUTT The main issue though is they need to put in a better quality zipper. Too hard to zip up. Sometimes took 7 tries. If you do not get it lined up perfectly it will not zip. I returned for this reason other wise I would give it 5 stars
