Quality issues
What happened to the old rugged Carhartt jeans! The quality of material has definitely went downhill. I bought two pairs of these jeans and both pair within a week ripped out in the crotch. I don't think I can trust buying from them unless they prove they have improved their quality.

Disappointed in new "workwear".
Hey Carhartt.
Do you think it's time to bring back your workwear? Your double front jeans used to be the best. Now they belong on the models in your ads not in the field. Material is to thin. I am still wearing your original B73-DST jeans long after the new replacements have given up. If fashion is what you have become fine.
But please offer workwear of your former quality for the workers. Please!!!

Who is your customer base?
Carhartt is no longer a respected, tried and true work brand. The quality on their workwear has significantly decreased, it's incredible actually. I will no longer spend my hard earned money on your cheaply made products.

Disappointing
Over the past 25 years, I've watched the denim get thinner and thinner. The quality gets more and more fashion based rather than work gear based. They're still good jeans, just not the same work gear based jeans I used to expect from Carhartt and jeans for "loggers".

Thin, poor quality, waste of money
I have been wearing the FORMER style of these jeans for may years and getting over a years wear out of them. This REPLACEMENT is "no wear" (pun intended) the same quality. Back pockets are ripping away at corners. Demin is thinner and a different weave making them much less durable. Over paid for the quality that is NOT of Carhartt standard. If you are looking for fashion, these might be ok, definitely not a work wear any more.
Would have rated 0 if it was an option.

Save your money $110 for two pairs of garbage
I cannot leave a zero star or it would be 0. I have been a carhartt customer for years as I work out in the field and have always found carhartt to last. The B73-DST double front pants have always lasted about a year and that is satisfactory. Carhartt doesnt make them anymore so I bought these "Poser Pants" The fabric is thin and the rivets are now just two per side. I purchased two pairs and expected them to last me but ALAS. One pair started tearing on the front pocket in two weeks and the second pair completely ripped in the middle of the fabric on the back side.
It is very apparent Carhartt lost their way and are pandering to the young crowd who no longer know how to work but want to wear what their parents wore,
Carhartt is Garbage. Carhartt is Fashion. Carhartt has lost their way and has lost a lifelong customer.
Poser Pants look good but do not work

Terrible replacement of the old standby
I've been buying this style of jeans for my husband for almost 20 years. This replaced the former model which is unfortunate. To say the quality of this denim is disappointing would be an understatement. The fabric feels like a women's denim, thinner, softer, not durable. It looks more feminine (finer threads) compared to the previous manly feeling fabric. The construction pattern of the fabric itself is different as well as the thickness of the fibers. Additionally the price increased substantially for an inferior product. After years of being a loyal customer I worry I will have to look elsewhere because these are just not the same quality for a blue collar job.
