WARRANTY

If one of our products should fail to meet your expectations, we’ll work to make it right through a replacement, credit or another suitable solution.

We are sorry you are facing a problem with your Carhartt gear. To help you quickly please check the following conditions.

We can help you when your warranty request contains the following conditions:

  • Bought in the Carhartt web shop
  • Within the warranty period
  • Inside label should not be removed
  • Item cannot show any signs of damage caused by normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware), misuse, neglect or overt abuse of the garment.
  • Does not cover customised items

If you bought your item in a store or in another web shop, we advise you to contact the reseller directly.
