Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Bought two mediums. One was huge, the other a little snug. Couldn't return the huge one, because I wore and laundered it. That one is now my lawn mowing and around the house shirt. Otherwise, the quality is good. If the size was right, I would recommend these shirts

Breathable and Comfortable
These are my husband's favorite work shirts. He works in construction and likes that they are breathable and that the material in the wrist area prevents the sleeves from riding up his arms. They are the only shirts he uses plus we appreciate my nurse discount ??
