Amazing for everyday life, just maybe not ranch work
I love the way it looks - however it's a little short for an all-around work shirt. I work on a cattle ranch, and wouldn't wear this when I'm planning on lifting anything.
Very soft and enjoyable as an everyday shirt though!

Too short
I'm 5'8" with an average length torso and this shirt is too short. My work gave it to me and when I unfolded it, I laughed because I had expected it to unfold again. I thought it'd fit like a crop top based, but it does fit a bit longer on, sitting right at the top of my hip. Arms raised though & I'd def show skin. The other weird thing is the arms are really long, especially considering the shortness of the body. Very odd combo.
I did like the feel of the material and the seam detail on the back. This shirt will definitely not see the light of day though.
