Zu kurz geschnitten und dafür etwas zu breit für meinen Geschmack. Daher konnte ich leider nicht auf eine Nummer größer ausweicht

Mind the sizing
I bought this vest in Medium, which fits quite large on my 180 cm x 82 kg body, and in Small, which fits tighter. I chose Medium, because it shall be worn over sweaters as well as flannel shirts. Small wouldn’t close instead. I also read in reviews that this vest shrinks after washing, which is something I considered. Nevertheless I really felt the need for a in between size. Perceived quality is very good, I think this vest will stay with me for a long time, riding bikes and horse riding.

Hubby is so happy to finally replace the on from 1993. Me too!
My husband's old vest was in service since 1993. Well worn and faded but he would not part with it. Thank you for letting me replace the old guy(vest). Given our age and how long these vests last well? it will be taken into the next life.??

Well made with good insulation
The vest is well made with good insulation. It will work as a layer or on its own depending on the weather conditions. The material is stiff but this is to be expected with 'firm duck'. It will give with wear. All in all a good body warmer from the range.
