Rugged Flex®
Carhartt Rugged Flex® technology moves and stretches with you throughout the day so that whatever you're doing, it's easier to do.
Rugged Flex® garments must meet the Carhartt's defined standards for stretch, recovery, and durability, so when you put on a Rugged Flex® garment, you know it won't let you down. You'll find Rugged Flex® in shorts, shirts, pants, jackets, and boots because you need gear that helps you move, not gear that holds you back.
Fit very well. Very comfortable. Up to the high standard I've seen from other Carhartt products. Especially important now that I have a, ahhhh, broader physical presence in my old age: available in 46.

Really cut big
Extremely baggy and way too long. Wore them once and threw them in the trash.

Not very soft canvas
The canvas is much softer on my other two pair.

Too long
I would have given 5 star review but the length of these were 1 1/2 inches longer than the other utility pants I just got from Carhartt. Quality control must not be that rigorous these days.
