Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Great sweatshirt!
I have had this sweatshirt for some time now, i love it. I live in illinois it gets cold and i actually sleep in it.I bought the mauve on sale. The only thing that could make this any better is a kangaroo pocket for glasses and phone. And more colors. Thank you carhardtt!
