Employment agreement, in alignment with the CAO (CLA) MITT agreement
Carhartt Reward Strategy, consisting of
- monthly salary related to job classification and related pay grades
- 8% vacation allowance
- Carhartt bonus scheme (short term incentive scheme) based on annual performance
- 37-hour work week
- 25 leave days per year
- Company (WFH) equipment such as laptop/keyboard & mouse/laptop elevator and a WFH desk chair if needed
- Travel allowance / WFH allowance
