DIDN'T RECEIVE TRACKING?
Tracking information is usually sent to you by email within 3 working days from the date of payment. If you haven't received it, please follow the next steps:
Step 1: Check your spam folder.
Step 2:
Go to the website.
Click on "Order status" (top right)
Indicate your email address and order number (you can find these in the confirmation email)
The tracking number will be visible in the last line of the Order details column.
If you are not able to find the necessary information, please contact our Customer Service team!
NO UPDATES IN TRACKING
Please double-check the indicated delivery time. Kindly refrain from contacting our customer service until after the estimated delivery timeframe mentioned has elapsed. When the time has passed and you don´t see any updates please contact our Customer Service team
DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED (LOST)
Waiting for your parcel to arrive but can´t find it? We understand how annoying this feeling must be.
We recommend checking with your neighbors and individuals residing at your address to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf. Sometimes, delivery attempts are made when recipients are unavailable, and neighbors or household members may accept the package on your behalf.
If you're unable to locate the parcel after these steps, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately with your tracking number and details of the issue. We will work diligently to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
EDIT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after processing the order. Address changes can only be made when the carrier contacts Carhartt and informs that the parcel cannot be delivered due to wrong address details.
If possible, the carrier will provide you with one of the following options:
Reschedule a delivery
Choose for a pickup point
Delivery to a safe place neighbor with a link in the email received after shipping
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We are deeply sorry your order got cancelled. Unfortunately, you will not receive the order and we cannot replace the order for you, a refund will be made within 5 business days.
Exceptionally an order gets automatically cancelled for one of the following reasons:
Item out of stock
Failed payments
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
