Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Highly Recommend
It's always a gamble to order clothes on-line, but I am beyond pleased with this purchase. The size, length and quality is perfect. I'm 5'4" and was especially worried about the inseam, but the hem is about 2" above my knee. This is perfect for working in the yard.
