How to Return
Returning with Carhartt is quick and easy. If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Carhartt reserves the right to refuse your refund if the items are not returned in their original condition.
Can´t find the return label? If you have not received the return label, please contact our customer support. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
Upon receipt of the order by the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to our warehouse. You can check if your order is delivered to the warehouse via the tracking information of the returned parcel.We will refund you for your returned items using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid for your order with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
