Gets the job done

This is hands down the best jacket I've ever owned and I own/have owned a lot expensive Patagonia down jackets. The wind is no match for it, it's waterproof, and oh so cozy. Once I put it on I never want to take it off! Get it-you won't regret it. I may even get one in another color! It is big. I'm 5'2" 125# and my measurements are 34/27/36 and I got an extra small. I like that it's roomy though because you can layer underneath (not that you need to).

Very warm, cut a little larger than before so not constricting in the arms at all.

I typically size up in Carhartt gear, but had to exchange it when I did that with this - this one is a little more true to size. Very warm, very heavy. This is fit for 30F and below, anything warmer than that and you'll be sweating. I will say, the circles indicating the color choice are much more true to color than the photos of the models wearing it. I liked the grey in the photo, so that's what I originally ordered, but it was much darker/more brown when it arrived. I sent that back due to sizing, but was glad cause I wasn't crazy about the actual color either. Ended up getting the basil, which is also not exactly like the picture, but it does match the circle to select the size. Overall, this is a great cold weather coat, just be aware of the colors and sizing.

Best purchase I ever made. Very smartly designed, and feels like a nice comforting blanket when you wear it.
