Gift for husband
Nice,warm coat. Length is great. Not sure why picture shows snaps but comes with velcro closure. We'll see how they hold up. Zipper a bit stiff and difficult to zip. But my husband loves the positive features so much he didn't want to return.

Perfect coat for the working man!
Got this coat for work and not a fashion statement, it's definitely made for real work! I'm a welder and this coat gives me plenty of movement when I need it. Really appreciate the fact it has Velcro closures instead of buttons or snaps, makes it easier to get out of quickly if needed for whatever reason. As far as being warm, it's heaven! I can't stand cold and hate constricting clothes just as bad, this coat is great for both, it's really warm and roomy! Back to the fashion statement part, seems these days work clothes are in style for people that don't necessarily work, luckily for them, this coat looks better the older it gets.

Velcro is for a 5 year olds shoes not a work jacket.

The Christmas Coat
100% this is the best coat on the market! The coat is my son's Christmas gift. He keeps his Carhartt coats for a really long time and finally this year is a new coat Christmas (YIPEE!), same style & quality as his old one. Trust me when I say his old one is looking really bad, but he will continue to wear it until Christmas day. He will accept only a Carhartt coat - no substitutes allowed.

Update photos please very misleading
Definitely warm but dose not have buttons/snaps and doesn't have any retention for the waist string definitely takes away from the quality

No snaps, only velcro, photos lie
I am very disappointed. The coat had snaps along the zipper in the advertised photos, but when I got the coat there were no snaps, instead, velcro. I feel a little cheated from the false advertising, even though it is a small detail. Nevertheless I bought this coat because of the snaps, and now I will be returning it. Otherwise cool coat, I just can't stand velcro.
