Rugged Flex®
Carhartt Rugged Flex® technology moves and stretches with you throughout the day so that whatever you're doing, it's easier to do.
Rugged Flex® garments must meet the Carhartt's defined standards for stretch, recovery, and durability, so when you put on a Rugged Flex® garment, you know it won't let you down. You'll find Rugged Flex® in shorts, shirts, pants, jackets, and boots because you need gear that helps you move, not gear that holds you back.
I am new to Carhartt and overalls in general. I'm 44 years-old and haven't worn overalls since I was a toddler. Bought these in tan just to see what's up, wore them one day, and then ordered an additional pair in charcoal color. They're the most comfortable pieces of clothing I own. Over the past year, I have bought 2 additional pair (different cut and fabric but still very comfortable), bringing my total to 4 pair.
I especially like the canvas fabric. I was expecting rough and stiff like other Carhartt overalls. It's kind of soft but still sturdy. However, what I've grown to appreciate the most is the zipped pocket on the bib. I've discovered if I keep my stuff zipped up, it doesn't fall out of the pocket when I go to the john.
I'm not a "blue collar" guy and have never really worked a day of manual labor in my life, which is exactly what I equate with Carhartt. However, these overalls are perfect for guys like me who have white collar jobs but still have manual labor chores to do around the house, church, wood shop, or mother-in-law's house. They're more than likely going be what I change into after I get off work and on weekends. Highly recommend!

Clips slip
The clip doesn't hold elastic strap?the clips always slips down or reset themselves, instead of staying in place to hold flap up where it should be.
