After reading the reviews on the poor quality of the women's work pants I decided to try the men's double front slim fits. At 5'4" 115 lbs I went with 28 regular. The fit is pretty good, waist shrank to fit and length is fine by rolling up about an inch. Knee pads from my other Carhartts just barely fit but once in they definitely stay in place. I appreciate the larger thigh pockets to keep my cell phone handy but out of the way while climbing ladders or kneeling to paint baseboards. Will buy another pair before they change the design and quality again.

New fit is my #1 go to from now on
Best fit from carhartt I've ever had. The brand traditionally has a looser feel and being a tall guy I've always found them sloppy and too baggy. Well now they fit perfect with the slim cut. Love these, I won't buy anything else going forward

Belt loop failure
Comfortable, true to size. What I don't like is I've had them for a few weeks not really a belt wearer and the belt loop has detached it self, I don't use the belt loops to pull my pants up so this would have had to occur in the 4 times I have worn them since I've gotten them
