They're water-repellent, wind-resistant, and lined with 3M™ Thinsulate for warmth. The nylon is lightweight and strong, so you can move easily while hiking, snowmobiling, or setting up your ice fishing shanty. Super Dux bibs
Overall, these bibs are great. The only thing that I think could make them better would be if the leg zippers went all the way up rather than just to the knee. If you have boots on, these are almost impossible to put on with your boots on. Other than that, they are great. Have not yet really been able to test durability yet.
