Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

High Quality
Well made, not the usual cheap material found in a lot of todays clothing. Nice longer length & good coverage @ shoulder to keep bra straps covered. I bought 6 of them, wish there were more color's available.
