Natural Waist:
Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.
Hips:
Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Very versatile
I purchased this as a layering top, but it's so nice looking that I wear as an every day top. Great for travel, as it doesn't take up space or wrinkle. Plus, the hood, while very light, provides some warmth when there's a chilly breeze.
