Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.
Hips:
Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Love the color and fabric!
I got this in green and it is a both a great color and great quality. It is a heavyweight fabric, yet soft to the touch and not stiff. I wear it as a Shacket (Shirt/Jacket). I highly recommend

Nice Addition
Glad I purchased this shirt....I sized up to XL-from M/L - as I like to wear over tshirts and its big enough to be comfortable but not too sloppy! The colors are a really nice addition to my wardrobe and the shirt seems well made ...I expect to have this in my wardrobe for many years...
