Not designed to fit women
Unfortunately Carhartt completely misses the mark on womens pants sizing. These pants are ever so slightly too small in the upper legs for how stiff the material is. Way too small in the butt. Somehow the waist manages to fit in the front and be gaping in the back. Im not sure who has no stomach fat and lots of back fat, but maybe then these pants would work for you. Not designed for anyone REMOTELY curvy.
There are so few FR pant options for women and my usual strategy of ordering a mens 28 in Carhartt doesnt work because they dont make the mens FR pants that small. For reference Im usually a size 4 and the size chart indicates the pants should fit my waist and be slightly too small in the butt. Maybe a 6 would work but Im sure theyll be too large everywhere then. Hard to imagine being able to work in any size of these pants.

These pants are lifesavers!
I work in a lab and I need comfortable, professional, flame resistant clothing. So few companies make this type of clothing for women!! These pants are extremely comfortable and warm. I have several pairs and wear them almost every day. If Carhart could make more comfortable flame resistant women's clothing, that would be great, especially tops. I often have to switch between a lab setting and a more business-like setting, so nice blouses, shirts, and jackets (blazers) would be great.

A 27" waist is not XS.
Your XS is a size 2? I'm beginning to think no company out there makes size 0 FR pants. XS has never been a size 2. I would love to buy several pairs of these, but a 27" waist is a size 4-6 everywhere else. If you're going to advertise an XS it could at least actually be small.
