Review of relaxed fit
I'm 5'7" and purchased the 32x30. Waist is a tiny bit tight but know it will stretch. Length is perfect, even with low top sneakers. Fabric is stiff without feeling uncomfortable and seems it will hold up well to work. Love the phone pockets on BOTH LEGS! never know when you have the switch sides due to positioning. Price point is nice for work too, so many work pants are $$$
I've had other brand's heavy fabric with flex and they lasted a decent time (2 yrs thru year long renovation, environmental field work and gardening - worn mostly October thru April/May). They always seem to rip at the thigh so I'll see how these fare.

Only Brown Shrinks
I bought two pairs, both in W33 L34, one in Navy and the other in Carhartt Brown. I have to give a low review because the Brown pair shrunk 1 and 7/8 inches more than the Navy pair has. It's reasonable this is an interaction between the fabric & the dye that can't be corrected - but I hope customers will be made aware. I may donate the Brown ones because I'm past the return window by 3 months.
