The hammer hook is useless, but otherwise these are great
Overall (lol) really love these. I have the pink color. They are holding up well. I got my usual size and they are roomy enough that I can wear leggings underneath in the winter (have never tried to wear other pants under).
My one gripe is that the hammer hook doesn't fit any of the hammers we own. Pretty annoying tbh.

Nope. Garbage
What a joke compared to the old material. Not made for work in construction, if you are looking to look cute, these are for you, if your working in them not a chance ripped within the first week such a let down they changed the material.

Nice overalls, terrible buckles
Got a pair in black. I like the fit and the fabric is perfect for spring and summer. But the shovel-shaped strap buckles are a horrible design -- I have to jiggle and wiggle and mess with them until I manage to hit the right angle and they twist into place. This happens every time I try to get them either on or off. The process always requires both hands, and sometimes I have to stop and put my reading glasses on to try to see how I can get the little bugger unjammed. A big problem if you're trying to go to the bathroom in a hurry! It's beyond me why on earth Carhartt uses these stupid clasps on an otherwise good product is -- ordinary overall buckles work great. I won't purchase another pair unless they change the hardware.

Give us new shoulder straps like the men!
Shoulder straps suck.
I've owned mine for about 2 years now.
My husband convinced me to get the men's as their shoulder straps are more elastic- and they don't bunch up like the females. I do like how the canvas is thinner it allows me to wear them during warmer weather. If I can have carhartt fix the damn shoulder straps I would love it. I think carhartt forgets that there's women who actually WORK in their clothing. Sucks when I have to carry a 10ft podium ladder by myself and my shoulder straps bunch up and dig the "buckle" into my shoulder. We deserve real work gear!

Adjustable and flexible enough for movement while still thick enough for protection. Good for working in.

Writing this review 2 years into owning them. They didn't hold up well compared to the men's. They are much thinner and very slim in the legs. If you want to be able to put them over other pants make sure you size up by at least 2 sizes. If you plan to do any physical labour in them or farm work save your money and just buy the men's. Definitely won't buy again

Not for curvy women... order a size up
They fit snug. I'll have to order a size up. Not made for our curves
