My team and I have been using these shirts for years now. You will see a lot of feedback about the shirts being heavy but remember they are FR. The brand I used before were a lot worse, they were heavy and stiff. My company sends us all over the country and these are always our shirt. So hot summers in the south or under coats in the north always works out good. I love the fact that they are high viz so we dont need to add a vest when needed. The other thing nice is the reflective strap is not like a belt, they space them out so that section of the shirt can still move and stretch, if you dont know what Im talking about you dont wear much high viz shirts. I just hope they get them back in stock so I can order more sets. Our average life span for the shirts is about 2 years with 30% travel. I am a big fan and hope I dont need to find an alternative.

Too thin and flimsy for 150 bucks
I bought two of these for work. I have thousands of dollars of Carhartt FR for work. I'm generally very happy with it. However I spent the extra money on these High Viz ones to avoid wearing a vest and within two months they are falling apart. All across the bottom of the shirt in front is developing little holes. Definitely seems thinner and less durable than my other Carhartt FR. Very disappointing at 150ish dollars a shirt. Some of my other brands of High Viz FR seem to hold up way longer. Carhartt should be the durability standard by which others are measured and they fell short on this one.

Over all a good shirt, pocket stitching is already starting to come apart.

Asa lineman this is an amazing shirt. Great quality and durability. And works great with layering for cold weather.
