measure men's shirt

Chest:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

FR shirt
I purchased this as a gift for my son who has to wear FR clothing at work. It is very good quality and comfortable.

Uncomfortable. Stiff. Great Looking Shirt though.
Great looking shirt! The material is very stiff and the shirt takes some effort to move around in, the top of the collar stands proud rubbing against the bottom of my jaw as I move my head from one side to the other, uncomfortable. Clearly there is a more human friendly material to make these shirts with, I will not buy it again, If I did not need it to access a job site the day after I received it I would have returned them, I bought two, they are not cheep either. I was hoping after several wash cycles the shirt would soften up, that is not the case.

Rough material
It's less expensive for a reason... It has a rough texture that agitates my skin.
