Carhartt coveralls are FRESHHH
I bought a Short-Medium coverall and it fits perfect and feels amazing. I'm 5' 4" 160 lbs with a 42 inch chest. I usually wear a 32x30 for pants.

they were huge on my 18 year old 6'1" 150 # young man. The sleeve length and pant length long. I assured him they would more than likely shrink a bit during the first couple of washes. He could wear these in winter with a bulky sweatshirt underneath. We did order a Small Regular for summer wear.
