Classically Comfy
I stay on the lookout for 100% cotton items constantly, so when I saw this sweatshirt, I bought it in all 4 available colors. No regrets. I'd classify it as a summer-weight sweatshirt. It's not fuzzy on the inside like Carhartt's heavier hoodies, but has the nubby terry loops inside. Perfect for cool summer mornings. True to size for me. 5'8", 150, 34B and went with size Medium as usual. If you're looking for oversized, go up 1 size. No "tech pocket" inside the kangaroo pocket which I appreciate, as my phone never fits in the tech pocket anyway. Sleeves stay up when you push them up to do tasks. The colors are "sunwashed" meaning you'll want to wash them separately for the first wash, then they only get better with time. This is the way clothes used to be - we just forgot.
I absolutely love the broken-in, lived-in vintage vibe of this capsule collection. Anytime Carhartt wants to go back to its old school roots, I'm all for it.
