Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

My favorite shirt.
The pockets are large enough for my iPhone, and the sleeves are just the right length. The fabric does not wrinkle easily and adjust the right weight, not too thin or too heavy.
