Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Great fit and great fleece. I bought this as a gift for someone and they love it. I am looking at getting one for me. Warm, but not too hot. Breathes well. Works as a light jacket or for layering.
