Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.
Hips:
Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Comfortable Tencel Long sleeve shirt
I'm very happy with my shirt. It fits perfectly. However, I've only worn it twice and there is a small hole at the bottom on the front of the shirt. Very disappointing. This won't keep me from ordering more in the future. I'm happy with the fit.
