Good as a layer or on it's own
I'm 6'0" and 200lbs, I bought a medium and large. The medium is more form fitting and I use it mainly for layering underneath a jacket. The large is looser and something I'll wear on it's own. It's worth noting the waist band on both is a little tight, I'm hoping they loosen up with time. Overall, very warm!

Great Quality
I bought this as a Christmas present to my boyfriend and he really liked it. It is great quality and really warm. It does run large, luckily he likes his clothes to be a little big so it worked out great. He wears it all the time.
