Really Really good but maybe not best for cold (ymmv)
Comfort is fantastic (33x32) ... better than jeans I've been wearing more than 50yrs. Phone pocket I liked in Carhartt shorts I started wearing 3-4 yrs ago is why I decided to give pants a try.
Pros: comfortable; well made; phone pocket major plus; an additional belt loop vs old jeans means better feel in the waist; material is lite-weight relative to jeans ... means cooler in hot weather.
Cons: the lite material means they breath better/ are cooler to wear in hot weather (which is the case 8-9 months of the year where I live). And that's not ideal when it turns cold.
Other: can't yet really speak to durability but looks promising.
Initially scored a 4 star but changed to 5. Reason is the only con for me is the material could be a bit heavier for cold weather and in the grand scheme of things it's not a fair 'knock' on the pant ... it's cold so you have to adjust to different clothing anyway. The ah-ha moment came when I realized that the jeans were warmer ... all the time!!!
