Good Fit
The jacket fits well although it's not as warm as we thought it would be. Layering is necessary for temps under 40 degrees.

Versatile and Comfortable
This is an excellent three season jacket. Waterproof and roomy enough to wear a sweatshirt underneath for extra warmth in winter, as well as lightweight enough to wear in spring and fall.
It has plenty of well thought out pockets, snaps and zippers.
If I could change one thing, I'd make the snaps that close the hood adjustable. They're okay, but I find the closure too snug for comfort. I'd like to be able to buy and extender to make the closure more comfortable.

Bought a second one.
Eccellent quality and good fit. Bought first one last year as a 'barn coat' and just purchased this second one for normal use. Seemed almost too nice for a barn coat but it really works well so the solution was to have two.

One Hec of an initiation!
Great look and durable feel with totally enough functional pockets! It's maiden excursion was on the Oregon coast during a Wet & Wildly Windy week. It did really well in crazy 40 mile wild winds and moderately heavy rains. It didn't live up to expectations during downpours though. I love that the fabric is not crackly & loud, but that must be what lends it to nor being 100% waterproof, which is why I gave it a 4 star & not 5. It is generously cut in size, I believe that I could have easily worn a large and still layered with a down jacket underneath. I opted for XL to ensure that I would be able to layer adequately and still have maneuverability. With a down jacket underneath I was able to scramble up & cliff sides and over log jams with ease. I recommend it for most activities. For ref. I am 5'7" & 170#. Even with a down jacket underneath, it probably looked oversized to any fashion divas, but I always strive for comfort.
