Duck Patch Kit

The patches fall off after a few days, and Corbett washing them. I made sure the fabric was clean but it still did not good

The availability of having product to repair and salvage great gear was perfect! No issues, went on fine and finished off stitching just in case, but wasn't overly necessary.

Patch kit works great! I found an awesome vintage vest on Marketplace that's perfect for chilly days at work but it had a hole in the back. I patched it up and my vest will be good for years to come!

The patches ironed on well, and I reinforced them with stitching. Unfortunately, after about 10 wear cycles (1 day, then wash) the patch I sewed into the crotch of my pants ripped out again, and the rent was made worse. Perhaps I shouldn't be putting new fabric in an old garment? Or new wine in old wine skins? I digress. These patches worked fine in areas that weren't under heavy stress, like holes in the legs and around my pockets.

Does not iron on well

Patch may match a brand new jacket but you typically don't need to patch a brand new jacket. That being said, this is probably the closest a patch can get to the color and hopefully will fade with time to match. Had difficulty getting some of the patch edges to adhere and hoping they don't pull away over time. The jacket has been my daily wear for the past 8 winters so it's worth saving.
